Pareto Hub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) gives you full control over your data. This page explains what we store when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, and how to have that data deleted.
What we store for connected Meta accounts
When you connect Facebook or Instagram through Pareto Hub, we store only what is needed to publish content on your behalf:
- The name and ID of the Facebook Page and linked Instagram Business account you select
- The access token that authorises publishing to those accounts
- The posts and media you schedule or publish through Pareto Hub
We do not store your Facebook or Instagram password, and we never post without an action you initiate or a schedule you configure.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (fastest)
Sign in to Pareto Hub, open Settings → Connected accounts (or the Social section), and choose Disconnect next to your Facebook or Instagram account. Disconnecting immediately revokes the stored access token and deletes the associated account record, including the Page and Instagram identifiers.
Option 2 — Remove Pareto Hub from Facebook
You can also revoke access from Meta’s side:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Pareto Hub and select Remove.
Removing the app revokes the token we hold. To also delete the records stored on our side, use Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3 — Email us a deletion request
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your Pareto Hub account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want us to delete data for a specific connected account or your entire Pareto Hub account.
What happens next
We revoke the relevant access tokens right away and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with legal obligations. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
