1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address, your name, business name, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Description of the Service
Pareto Hub is an e-commerce optimisation platform that connects to your Shopify store and advertising accounts to provide analytics, AI-generated suggestions, ad creative generation, customer segmentation, SEO audits, and related tools. The Service is provided “as is” and features may change over time.
4. Shopify Integration
By installing the Pareto Hub Shopify application, you authorise us to access your Shopify store data through the Shopify API in accordance with the scopes you approve during installation. You acknowledge that:
- Our use of Shopify data complies with the Shopify API Terms of Service
- You can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin
- Upon uninstallation, we will delete your store data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy
- We will not use your Shopify data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives, copy, optimisation suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies
- AI-generated suggestions are informational — business decisions remain your responsibility
7. Subscriptions & Payments
7.1 Plans
The Service may be offered under free and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, and pricing are described on the Service and may change with reasonable notice.
7.2 Billing
If you install Pareto Hub from the Shopify App Store, paid subscriptions are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. By approving the subscription charge in Shopify Admin, you authorise Shopify to bill the payment method on file with your Shopify account.
For customers who sign up directly at paretohub.com (outside of Shopify), paid subscriptions are billed by our payment processor on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
7.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service (except through our provided APIs)
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by Pareto Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Service.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to the Service (store data, uploaded images, brand guidelines). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content created using the Service is yours to use as you see fit.
10. Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SUGGESTIONS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARETO HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pareto Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
